Complete one registration form below for each child. VBS is open to children currently ages 4 through Grade 5 (entering Grade 6 in fall of 2022).
Registration forms should be returned to Queen of Peace by Monday, May 9. 

Students/teens currently in Grade 6 (entering Grade 7 in the fall of 2022) or older may volunteer by completing the application below. Vounteer applicatons may be returned to Mrs. Berger at Trinity High School, Mrs. Emter at Trinity North, or to Queen of Peace Church.
